Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://allandscapinglittleelm.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A&L Landscaping reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Hardscaping, Tree Trimming, Mulch Installation provided by A&L Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. A&L Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. A&L Landscaping reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. A&L Landscaping makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of A&L Landscaping arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify A&L Landscaping from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
